Papel Ahumado Panamá (https://papelahumadopanama.com) processes your personal data under Panama’s Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on personal data protection.

What we collect. What you give us in the quote form or on WhatsApp: name, phone, email (optional), and request details (property type, area, goal). We collect no sensitive data.

What we use it for. Solely to manage your quote and contact you about it. To fulfill your request, we share it with the professional installer assigned to your area — that is the service this site provides. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives. On Supabase infrastructure (database), transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). Request data is kept for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, deletion, or objection by messaging us on WhatsApp at +507 6843-5435. We reply within 10 business days.

Analytics. We use aggregated visit metrics (Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics) to improve the site; they don’t personally identify you.
